Homeopathy is a very special form of medicine:

Homeopathic remedies (medicines) are prescribed by practitioners, such as myself, and normally given only after careful analysis and thought. Homeopathy is not a toy nor modern fashion to be tried once and then discarded when you feel a slight improvement. Nor is it to be dismissed as useless when your symptoms change as there will be a few ups and downs, such as when there is an internal spring cleaning or a detox' of your body.
Usually a change of remedy is all that is needed, to support the process.

Homeopathy is a complete discipline or system of medicine for both mind and body. It sometimes needs to be used regularly week after week, month after month, depending on your symptoms, until reasonable or complete quality of life has been obtained. You can expect to see changes in your prescription from time to time, as previously mentioned.

Why is this so you may ask ? It is because your body, it’s organs (including the brain,) need the gentle stimulation, on a regular basis, of a specific remedy. The remedy apparently targets energy to the organs or bodily system and exerts a subtle, deep-acting healing action from inside out. The choice of homeopathic remedy is almost analogous to that of tuning a musical instrument such as a guitar, violin or piano prior to playing it. The homeopath knows the remedy and it then performs the fine tuning within your body. You could say that it restores the unique signature of your body ! Harmony is thus achieved and an improved feeling follows.

Protection from pollution, cold or dampness - what you can do:

Homeopathic remedies will assist, and support temporarily, those persons who are forced to live in a sick or poisoned environment, such as where there is a marsh-like atmosphere (miasma). Peterborough, a clean low lying city near the Fens, has what I call a sick environment, for I lived there for 3 years. I left there unable to counter the Peterborough effect, even with my experience then ! In this case the cure was to leave town, so I moved away.

Cornwall: Homeopathy was used with success for persons affected by pollution in the tragic disaster at Lowermoor, Cornwall, during 1987 when 3 tons of acid was tipped accidentally into the water purification plant.
The strong acid scoured out heavy metal from the water pipes and ducts. Many of the population suffered symptoms of lead poisoning and other serious or debilitating health problems such as pre-senile dementia etc.

Homeopathy will help those suffering the fumes from dense city traffic; or the unseen radiation from computers; TV's, mobile telephones etc., or the insiduous radio-active emissions of nuclear power plants; dumps of uranium tipped military weapons; isotope use; material processing etc.

Hereditary weaknesses, ancestral taints or miasms:

Homeopathy has one other very important use, which is that it helps the body to deal with the so called ‘Sins of the father’, such as ancestral syphilis, tuberculosis, psora or cancer, all of which cause ill-health and odd or peculiar symptoms. The homeopath calls these miasms or taints and uses remedies that apparently act by instructing the body to deal with the inherited disease, genetic weaknesses or ancestral taint. Homeopathy also appears to reduce or reverse the damage caused by the internal pollution of vaccinations and other orthodox practices such as chemotherapy etc..

Homeopathy the modern miracle:

Homeopathy, when correctly prescribed, can seem like a modern miracle. It can be used on its own very successfully. However, due to the poor nutritional quality of conventional foods since the 1950's, my preference is to apply naturopathic principles to every homeopathic prescription and improve the results for you. Otherwise homeopathy becomes less of a natural medicine and more like the quick-fix or magic bullets of orthodox medicine, without attending to the real underlying cause of the problem.
